1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShopPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Types

Normal (Retail) Account: For individual buyers purchasing products at retail prices. No minimum order requirements.

Bulk Buyer Account: For buyers purchasing in larger quantities. Minimum order quantities apply. Subject to approval.

Wholesaler Account: For verified business buyers. Lowest prices with highest minimum order quantities. Requires business verification.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed based on your account type and are subject to change without notice
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cash on delivery (where available)
  • Bulk and wholesale accounts may have extended payment terms upon approval

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location
  • Free shipping on orders over $50 for retail accounts
  • Bulk and wholesale shipping rates are calculated based on volume
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier

5. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
  • Custom or bulk orders may have different return policies

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for illegal purposes
  • Misrepresenting your account type or business information
  • Reselling products purchased at wholesale prices through unauthorized channels
  • Interfering with the platform's operation or security
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

7. Limitation of Liability

ShopPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
